Warranty Policy

Stylo Footwear, We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction and all products are placed for selling after ensuring high-quality assurance. In the rare case that our product (s) fail to delight, customers may avail our exchange/warranty policy.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a warranty on our products, providing full replacement for major material or workmanship defects, or repair for minor materials and/or workmanship defects.

Major Defects (Eligible for Full Replacement):

  • Sole cracking.
  • Upper tearing, sock material cracking, or insole cracking.
  • Failure and removal of ornaments, trims, elastic, zippers, and buckles (excluding product disclaimer) where repair is not possible.

Minor Defects (Eligible for Repair):

  • Upper polishing variances.
  • Sole bonding defects.
  • Stitch failure.
  • Buckle and buckle elastic changes.
  • Velcro change.
  • Trims, rivets, and eyelets cracking and removal.

Warranty Claim Period:

Customers can avail of our warranty within 30 (thirty) days after the product’s delivery or collection,

Replacement:

Replacement under the warranty can only be done with a product of the same or higher value, and the customer may be required to pay the price difference.

Repairs:

Repairs under the warranty will be completed within 10 working days after placing the claim.

Proof of Purchase:

A valid online purchase receipt/invoice is required for any warranty claim to be applicable.
